The Fall 2024-Spring 2025 housing application is now open to New Incoming Freshman, Current Housing Residents and Upper Class Students.
Room Availability: We currently have a variety of room options available for immediate move in. If you are enrolled in classes and have confirmed your payment arrangements, visit the Central Housing Office on the first floor of 75 Piedmont Ave to discuss your housing options with our assignments team.
Perimeter College Students Perimeter College students are not eligible for housing on the Downtown Atlanta campus. If you have already applied for housing, please contact us at housing@gsu.edu to begin the process of receiving a refund of your room reservation fee.

University Commons and Piedmont North parking decks are currently full. To be placed on the parking waiting list for Commons and Piedmont North, you will need an active room assignment for Fall 2024. You can submit the application without paying the prepayment. Once you have applied, you will be directed to a Confirmation Page and you will be placed on a waiting list based on the date of submission.
